If several cells of the same type (same capacity) are serialized
(serially connected), the use of a BMS (Battery Management System)
is mandatory for monitoring of the individual cells during charging
and discharging processes.
Prior to the commissioning of cell packs the user is to ensure that
all cells have the same voltage and capacity level.
This is possibly due to a corresponding initial charge level of the
provided single cells.
